1,What’s the warranty for the customised cutting machine ?

The warranty of the customised machine is 1 year, if any spare parts broke within one year , we will provide free spare parts and free shipping of spare parts by express .If any probelm happens with the the machine ,we will offer solution accordingly.

2,What’s the lead time to finish making the customised cutting machines and standard machines  ?

The production time is 3-4 days for standard machines or  or 7-10 days for bigger machines ,  For making customised cutting machines  , based on the difficulty, usually it takes 2-3 months to finish making the customised cutting machines ,we are keeping customers updated with progress on 15 day basis in early stage and weekly basis in final stage

3,How to order a customised cutting machine ?

Firstly ,Customers will be describing their needs specifically for the customised cutting machines , our engineers will make the machine design drawings solutions , after customer confirm the solution,customers will be paying the advance payment and we will start production of the machine accordingly , after machine finish production ,we will present customers with working videos of the machine and processed material samples to customers ,after customers  confirm ok , they will be paying the balance payment and we will deliver out the machine by sea and send shipping documents accordingly

Our regular payment method is by TT , the advance payment is about 30-50% for making the customised cutting machines and balance payment to be paid after machine finished production .
