SHENZHEN ESMAI TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD staff member is made up  of  management  team , marketing team,   sales team , after-sale  team ,  tehnical team and factory staff （like below diagram which indicates staff member strucure） . 

By dividing the work and create special department in responsbile for special tasks  , ESMAI can work in efficient manner to serve their customers  in wide coverage and become competitive in the market. 

For management team , they are on the outlook of the all the general affairs and make strategy and decisions . 

For sales team , they are in direct contact with customers to sell ESMAI products ,they will develop new customers and manage old customers .they will listen to and record customers feedback and demand  for futher improvement .

For after-sale team ,they will follow up the orders that customer had placed and tracking the shipment . 

For technical team ,they will work on both developping trending products and improve and upgrade current products based gathered demands of customers from the sales team . 

For marketing team , promoting ESMAI products is their major tasks by reaching out to customers in rich channels .
