The high speed elastic rubber band cutting machine  ES-X300   is applied for cutting rubber tubes and rubber sleeves into elastic rubber bands fastly . the rubber band cutter machine had been equiped with high speed motor which enable this rubber cutting machine to cut  out same length rubber bands from rubber sleeves or tubes at amazing speed and high precision reaching 0.1mm oweing to a customised high speed motor. 

Meanwhile ,The elastic rubber tube cutting machine applies with a vaccum treated steel knife , the rubber bands will not stick to each after cutting compared to other cutting machine in the market with high speed and the cutting edge is smooth flat  and nice . 

Customer  can set the desired cutting length , total cutting amount and the machine will do the rest , proceed to automatic cutting sequence . the cutting speed can be also adjusted freely base on your production needs .

The rubber sleeve automatic  cutter machine ES-X300  features with high productivity with 400 pieces output per minute  of 2mm length rubber bands  which is great helpful when customer are in heavy production of elastic rubber bands , the cutting length ranges 0-99999 MM. 

We have two typies of ES-X300 to choose from ,the standard type or the super speed type ,customer can choose the one they want based on their production demand and budget.
