The ultrasonic intensity can adjusted on the ultrasonic elastic cutting machine and the knife dropping and lifting speed is controlled by adjusting air amounts . this advantage allows the knife to have relatively longer contacting time with the cutting material and seal off the fraying edge better. 

This elastic ultrasonic cutter machine had been equipped with sensor clip which will fall down beneath the machine surface when cutting material runs out and trigger the alarm for workers to reload with new cutting material , this function make this machine attention free during working .  this machine also have been fitted with fixtures which allow multi webbing &elastics to be cut at the same time which will boost productivity.
