The maximum unwinding OD is 800mm and maximum rewinded OD is 500mm , it can slit velcro width of 180mm or 350mm based on the type of the machine customer choose , the minimum slitting width is 8mm , the machine productivity reaches 50 meters per minute , winding material thickness ranges 1-3mm

【Product Details】

 

1,Roll to roll , the velcro roll is placed on downside of velcro release roller and double side tape on upper release roller 

the velcro and double side tapes are joined by the double lamination roller and winded and collected into roll form 

in collection roller , it is from roll to roll and save labour to wind into roll form .

 

2,Separation roller  , the separation roller will feed the velcro foward and at the same time , it will roll down the waste velcro and roll the needed 

velcro foward , in this case , the slitted waste velcro are separated from the needed velcro 

 

3, Slitting knife  , the distance between the slitting knife of this hook velcro slitting winding machine can be adjusted based on requirement 

customer can set the slitting knife distance to slit out the needed velcro and slit away redundant velcro edges . 

 

4,PLC touch screen ,the velcro slitting coiling machine  applies PLC touch screen which is easy to operate and stable performance
