Silicone sponge cords automatic jointing machine

 

The silicone sponge cords automatic jointing machine is designed for cutting extruded silicone sponge  cords into fixed cutting length and automatically bond it into silicone  oring cords . 15 pcs of silicone sponge cords are drew to fixed cutting length and cut off by the machine knife , after cutting off length , the mechanical hands will dip  both ends of silicone sponge cords with silicone adhesive against glue brush boards ,the glue dipping times can be set more than once on the machine to ensure gaskets ends are dipping with enough adhesive for good bonding . after dipping with silicone adhesive , the mechanical hands with place the adhesive dipped silicone sponge ends into  the hot mold for hot bonding , after hot bond , the collection hand will take bonded silicone sponge o rings from the hot mold and move them into collection boxes , that's full one cycle for silicone sponge gaskets joint machine to make extruded silicone sponge cords into o ring cords . 

In the 1.5 meter cut length  ,when the cutting length drew very long , it will weigh down in the middle ,this natural pulling back forth will increas cutting length tolerance .

we had put a middle supporter to hold it up in the middle to avoid material from weighing down and reduce the cutting length difference to the minimum . when the cutting length is cut off , it will go down automatically , you can check the below youtube video to understand how long length above 1 meter is cut and guranteed with small cutting length tolerance .also below youtube video for big silicone sponge cords which the cutting length reaches 1400mm

Summary : 

 

For the big silicone sponge cords , it is extruded in very unstable OD mm sizes ,as you can see attached photo , 

 

we understand that customer may prepare and extrude the silicone material in a hurry ,so they are not in very good quality  and in overseas shipping samples to us 

the light sponge material are placed on bottom of the carton , they are pressed by the heavy transparent cords and curved and deshaped a lot , you can see them 

in the fixture mold . but even with not good silicone sponge material , the silicone sponge seals joining machine also process them at ease  and test are done well . 

when customer receive the machine , and they can produce their 6mm silicone sponge cords in stable OD size and good shape ,they can have more little cutting length tolerance and more nice joints .

For small 4mm OD silicone sponge cords , as the material are quite curved and deshaped ,this cause much difficulty for test ,so we only process 2 -3pieces at one time just to convince customer the machine can process the 4mm OD silicone sponge cords and we can be sure when customer receive the machine and you process good shape and stable size 4mm silicone sponge cords ,the machine will work greatly for 15 pcs of 4mm OD silicone sponges . (below deshape of material cause much difficult for small size silicone sponge cords to be processed)

 

In general , this silicone sponge cords automatic jointing machine ES-060 is good for processing silicone sponge into orings with nice joints , small cutting length tolerance 

and bonding strength .
