Automatic cutting bonding inspecting silicone oring gaskets machine   ES-060 

The automatic cutting bonding inspecting silicone oring gaskets machine   ES-060 is desiged and customised for one of our italian customer ,since his silicone rubber gaskets are extruded not in stable size , so there is tiny dislocation on the joint , the defect rate around 2-3% ，his idea and request is to add one material checking device at the tail of the machine  that the bonded oring gaskets will be placed on the the collection bar of the material checking device , the collection bar can move to  worker position for checking the  joint quality  ,after quality inspecting, the  bonded orings will be handed to final packing . 

For safety reason , our customer also requires the touch screen to be extended out of the machine body and apply full safety cover doors , the machine was made in reverse design  compared to the old the machine he had purchased .so the inspection staff can sit between two machines and check  joint quality of silicone gaskets .it is easy for the inspection worker to care for both machines .

As we can see from the youtube video  , this silicone oring gaskets automatic bonding machine with inspecting device ES-060 had applied with two working modes  , auto mode and manual mode . the full one cycle of the machine involves auto feeding silicone gaskets +draw the silicone gaskets to fixed cutting length + cut silicone gaskets to length + dipping both ends silicone gaskets with silicone adhesive +place adhesive dipped gaskets in the hot mold + take out bonded orings and hand over to collection bar + collection bar move to another position . in auto mode , this silicone rubber seals automatic welding machine finished one cycle and keep to work for another cycle without stop . in manual mode , this  silicone oring gaskets automatic cutting and joining machine works one cycle and stop ,the inspection worker press the big button and the machine continues to work for another cycle , in manual mode ,in the inspection worker can let the machine match the work speed of the worker ,if his checking gaskets quality speed is slow enough compared to the machine speed , he can switch to manual mode .after he finished checking the quality of gaskets , he can move to another cycle manually .  if worker's inspection speed is fast enough , he can directly switch to auto mode will be ok . for new functions of the machine ,we also added on the PLC . 

It takes us two months to finish production of this silicone rubber seals automatic welding machine and we also meet with some problems 

the first problem ,we have to manually move the material checking  device to fit the collection bar with machanical hands in one alignment which is time consuming ,but the aligment is important for bonded orings smoothly taken from machanical hands to collection bars .

so we come up with method to fix the bottom of material checking device with the machine bottom by the linkage of aluminium bar, by assembling 

the aluminium bar  ,we had fixed position of collection bar with mechanical hands in one aligment position which saves the labour to adjust position. 

 

The safety cover is added on chains of the material checking device for safety concern and applies to CE standard 

another problem  we faced is that after the mechanical hands  reached its travel range , it kind of vibrating , we will have to increase a  buffer device on itso when the mechanical hand reached its travel range , it won't vibrating .

By applying the material checking and inspecting device , this automatic cutting bonding inspecting silicone oring gaskets machine ES-060 is good for inspection worker to sit at certain place of the material checking device and since the bonded orings are in one alignment, it will be more easy to check and take out the defected bonded orings compared to checking it after all gaskets are bonded and in random piles .
