One of our brazil customer named ricard  from Condupar company in brazil note we have the silicone oring gaskets fully automatic cutting and bonding machine ES-060 which is designed for fully automatic cutting 15 pcs extruded silicone gaskets profiles to fixed cutting length at the same time and dipping both ends gaskets with silicone adhesive , heating in the hot bond for bonding and taking bonded oring out to collection basets in one machine which is labour saving and high productivity . 

Ricardo dropped a visit to our factory the second day when he landed in China  ,the main purpose is to visit us to check this silicone oring splicing and cutting machine working on site , in the following days , he also attend the canton fair in guangzhou . 

Ricard contacted us from april ,2024 and we exchanged a few emails about the machine details ,the lead time is 19-20 days , ricardo sent  around 150 meters for one of his silicone profiles for doing test . our automatic silicone oring gaskets cutting and gluing machines alway have stocks , so we just make molds for them .after one week, the molds are ready ,we loaded a few of his silicone profile for doing tests since he had limited samples from us .

We also made a detailed test report for ricardo reference as above and sent back the bonded orings to him for final evaluation 

In summary,

Cutting length 500mm Heating temperature :200 ℃

Bonding quality :Joint is nice without dislocation and bonding strength is good . 

Heat time : 10Seconds Bonding strength is good reaching large elongation

Cutting length tolerance is 2mm

One cycle time : 28Seconds Productivity :1929pcs /hour

As long as ricardo chooses better silicone adhesive which can reduce the curing time a bit more , the one cylcle time can be increased further

and productivity will be elevated again .  below photo of the shape of his silicone profiles . 

We can make cavity on the molds based on different extruded silicone profile shapes 

and in future after customer order the machine , they choose to purchase molds eigther from us or we send them the mold drawings , they can make molds from local hardware manufacturers if they think it is more convenient to them. 

This silicone oring manufacturing equipment will replace labour to cut silicone gaskets to length , dip gaskets ends with adhesive and heat bond in hot mold and reduce defect failure bonding rate caused by occasional mistake of workers . all silicone profiles are processed in one standard so as to avoid defected bonding rate and saves labour for inspection too . 

Ricardo think highly of this silicone O-ring sealing production line , he inherited family business from his father and  his silicone profiles is for making pressure cookers . our worker staff teach him how to use this automatic silicone o ring joining machine on site where he can set the cutting length , bonding time , dipping glue times and heating temperatures etc on the machines,this automatic silicone o ring joining machine is easy to operate , we also support with cusomised local languages  , ricardo says he want to input brazil language too , the basic language is Chinese and English and we sent him excel file for translation ,later after the machine gets ready ,we will put brazil language in the PLC . 

Mr ricardo and left one is his brother ,both of them are satified with our automatic silicone o ring joining machine ES-060 , they confirm 

the order of the machine on site and it is just the start of business and money making journey for ricardo having our ES-060 machine .
