Label cutting solution for wash care labels 

Now in this article we  are talking about the lable cutting solution for wash care labels  , as we can understand , the wash care label comes in a roll with printed wash care instructions on the thin labels .  to cut out every label precisely and completely  ,that is a difficult job , because  in most cases the label will be cut incomplete due to the accumulation of length cutting difference by traditional roller cutting machine .

Meanwhile, as the label comes in small sizes  ,that will also require machine knife cut very frequently and fastly so as to gurantee productivity . what is needed for label manufacturer is a fast and precise wash care label cutting solution .   In response to customer's request,  ESMAI engineering team had designed the high speed label cutting machine ES-061 which will be a suitable  a wash care label cutting solution .

The high speed label cutting machine ES-061 had been equiped with a electrical eye  which had the color tracing capability and ensures precise  cutting of every care labels . 

Meanwhile ,the ES-061 is backed with a  strong motor and high power which make it can cut care labels fastly with output of above 300 pieces per minute . it is also backed with self feeder from behind which can send in the cutting material from behind . the ES-061 is ideal printed label cutting solution .

To process the ES-061  , we should manage two functions which this machine possess , function 1  and function 2 . 

Function 1 is mass production and function 2 is pre-production adjusment . 

First of all  , we have to measure the cutting length of the labels and  input  the  measured cutting length and total cutting amount in the machine . 

Secondly , we will begin to adjust the electrical eye to do color tracing .  mark up the words and mark up again 1 or 2 mm away from the words area  at the blank spot. 

We can do several trial cut to find out if every cut  will make the light in the same spot of a label , about 1 or 2mm away from the words area. 

If the light gradually go away from the words to the left , it means our settting cutting length is less thant the actual label length , in that case , we have to increase the set cutting length , if we set  cutting length to be 75 mm  , we have to increase to 76 or 77 mm length long . 

If the light gradually  close in to words to the right , it means our set cutting length is more than the actual label length ,  in that case ,  we have to decrease the set cutting length . if we set cutting length to be 75 mm, we had to decrease to 74 or 73mm  and do trial cut again . 

Now we can understand  of the ligth of electrical eye should be in the same spot of every cutting label ,that will mean our set cutting length is same as actual label cutting length and gurantees a precise label cutting . 

Thirdly  , we have to make sure the cutting line meet with the cutting edge in the same line  , the cutting line should be right under the knife to make sure that happens . 

so we have to feed in or retreat the cutting material and make sure the cutting line right beneath the cutting knife .  

If we had set the electrical eye right  , but the cutting line and cutting edge is not the same line , every cutting label line shows to the left ,  then we can feed in  the cutting material a little more and move the eletrical eye to left a little more and do trial cut again to check the result 

if every cuttting label line shows to the right ,then we can retreat the cutting material a little more and move the electrical eye to right a little more and do trial cut again to check the result . 

All in all , we should manage function 2 first , make sure the electrical eye light is the same spot of every cutting label and make sure the cutting line meet with cutting edge .  then we can go to function 1 and do mass cutting .
