Wire harness industry is the traditional industry with large market foundation , The wire harness is widely used in our daily life and is produced by a great amount of manufacturers globally, this industry have been growing with fast speed and the production efficieny for wire harness relies on automation processing equipments ,

This articale is mainly about the wire cutting stripping solution , the wire automatic cutting stripping solution is mainly about how to deal with some abnormal situation for wire cutting stripping and offer the full auto wire cutting stripping solution accordingly .

We would  share with customers some tips for abnormal situation they may run into during their production of wires harness with cable cutting stripping solution.

Situation 1 ,for double ends full strip mode, left end is not striped ,only right end is striped  

Diagnosis : if one side can be stripped , it means the knife value is nothing wrong ,it will then result from the loose of rollers gaps , the left side strip is worked by right roller ,so answer is clear.

Problem confirmation : Right rollers gap distance is not tight

Solution : adjust the right roller distance more close and tight.

Situation 2,  for double ends full strip mode , left end is striped , right end is not stripped

Diagnosis : if one side can be stripped , it means the knife value is nothing wrong ,it will then result from the loose of rollers gaps , the right side strip is worked by left roller ,so answer is clear.

Problem confirmation : Left roller gap distance is not tight

Solution : adjust the left roller distance more close and tight.

 The knife value had to be correctly set , normally it is 47 on the machine for below wires , you can start with test of samples to adjust to the right knife value before running to formal processing ,

If the knife value is not enough ,below situation will occur , the wires will not not fully be stripped as the knife did not cut deeply.

 If the knife value is too much ,below situation will occur , the copper conductor in the wires will be damaged ,as the knife cut deep into the copper conductor.

if the two wires are processed at the same time but do not show the same result of cutting and stripping as the knife value is the same for the two wires , you can correct the position of one of the two knife on the machine, fix the knife a littl up or down

The screws on the top of the lead tube had to be fixed tightly after your replacement of lead tubes

Other wise below situation will occur in production . the knife and lead tube will both be damaged if the screws were not tightened when changing to other size lead tube.
