Silicone food container oring gaskets fast cutting machine ES-085

Md. Mostafizur Rahman from RFL GROUP which is big silicone extrusion manufacturer for irrigation industry in Bangladesh made a visit to our factory to check our silicone food container oring gaskets fast cutting machine ES-085 which is designed for fast cutting extruded silicone profiles into specifical length and later joined by the silicone oring semi automatic bonding machine ES-001 into oring gasket .

Mr Rahman prepared himself a big bag of samples silicone gaskets and he had a list of length to be cut to length , what Mr rahman cared about this silicone food lids oring seals fast cutting machine is that the cuttting length tolerance should be acceptable and cutting edge should be smooth and straight , below is working video of the test for cutting long length

The cutting length tolerance reaches 1000+-1mm which is high precision with servo motor control

This silicone extrusion profile cutting machine had been equipped with a blowing collection device which the cut to length gaskets will be blow away to collection zone .

With feeder from behind ,it can sense the dropping of silicone gaskets material and signal the feeder to feed gasket automatically ,it avoids pulling and tension and mantains cutting length precision

Mr Rahman also had some gaskets which is quite soft and low shore hardness ,they are easy to stick with the knife and get jammed around knife during cutting process, so under the knife we can placed water container ,after every rotation cutting the knife will be dipped with water ,it avoids sticking with the silicone gaskets and ensures the straight cutting edge . below youtube video how soft silicone gaskets are cut to length

Mr Rahman also showed great interest in our silicone oring fully automatic cutting and bonding machine ES-060 which can automatic cut 15 pcs of extruded gaskes to length and join them together into orings .this machine combines feeding 15pcs gaskets + cutting gaskets to length + dipping gaskets with silicone glue and join in the hot mold .

Mr Rahman is very happy with this business trip to our factory , he thinks our silicone food container oring gaskets fast cutting machine and silicone oring fully automatic cutting and bonding machine ES-060  can replace their old way of production of silicone food container gaskets manually with high efficiency . for now they put the gaskets on a ruler to measure the length and cut manually and use semi automatic bonding machine to bond them together .
