The automatic tubing cutter machine cutting machine ES-008  is made for cutting all kinds of tubing and cords OD range between 0-20 mm into desired cutting length. like EPDM , PVC ,PE silicone tubings cords , PVC heat shrink sleeves ,elastic rubber bands  etc . 

Usually silicone material is hard to cut into precise length  , We can also customise this automatic tubing cutter to cut  silicone /rubber tubings and cords  into precise length with electrical eye device . 

We have two typies of ES-008 to choose from based on the tubing cutting OD ,   one is 0- 10 mm  , the other is 0-20mm 

You can set the desired cutting length , total cutting amount and the machine will do the rest , proceed to automatic cutting sequence . the cutting speed can be also adjusted freely base on your production needs .

In contrast to the same cutting machine on the market, when the cutting length is over 300mm  , the cutting length will have tolerance ,

and the longer the cutting length , the bigger the length difference.  

For this automatic cutting machine , it had been equiped with electrical eye , it manages to cut  silicone tubings&silicone cords into precise same length

however your cutting length which is within 1 meter. It will replace your current cutting method done manually ,save your labour and increase production efficiency

【Processing】

1,Connect the Electrical source and turn on the cutting machine ( The machine flank had a switch )

2,Load the cutting material  near the knife by press the "　＋＂ " _"button for adjustment , let the roller do the job.

3,Set the Cutting Length by press "SET"  then "ＬＥＮ　＂button to set your target  cutting length. 

4,Set the Cutting Amount by Press " SET" then "TOL" button to set your target cutting amount pieces. 

5, Initiate the  Cutting Sequence by press "Ｒｕｎ‘’button ,then the cutting machine will automatically cut your material into desired cutting length.
