The rope hot cutter machine ES-062 is made for  hot cutting of all kinds of  big and tough ropes like  nylon ropes ,PP ,PE ropes, multi-plaited ropes, braided ropes &cords , etc

The heavy duty rope hot cutter is also suitable to hot cut  thick and strong webbing material like webbing slings etc . The hot cutting of this big diameter rope cutter is purely by heat melting off the big ropes with high heating temperature and high pressing force from the air cylinder .

This tough rope cutter machine  is of high power of 0.95KW and the knife blade is  high speed thick steel blade , the maximum OD of the rope cords that the strong rope cutter machine can cut is 16mm. 

The tough rope cutter machine  support with hot cutting with heating temperature up to 650 degrees at maximum and with the assistance of the high pressing force supported by the air cylinder , this rope hot cutter machine  ES-062  can do hot cut  for all kinds strong ropes , the heat sealing effect will be great and cutting length will be precise . 

The maximum cutting width of the machine is 160 mm and with help of the directing separating bars ,  the rope hot cutter machine can cut many ropes and webbings
