TheSilicone rubber washer lathe cutting machin ES-102 is designed for automatically cutting washers with smoth and straight cutting edge making high quality nice washers and gaskets, this washer automatic cutting machine is widely applicable to silicone or rubber tubes ,sleeves and other tubing materials. 

The machine applies with PLC touch screen which is easy to operate and fitted with high power stepping and servo motor which support the high speed rotation of the main axis which holds the rubber material rotate fastly and also support the stable performance of  knife rotation .  the smooth and straight cutting edge of the washers attributes high speed rotation of the main axis and knife  as well and precision control the knife movement.  

The size of fixture stick which support and holds the tubing material can customised based on customer's cutting material sizes . customer is welcome to send their actual material sample ,we will customise the size fixture stick for our customers . 

The silicone rubber washer automatic cutting machine  also had been equipped with a pusher that can pushes out the finished cut material automatically which saves labour.
