The velcro automatic cutting and coiling machine ES-128 performs vertical slitting velcros , precise cutting of Velcro into custom lengths, and coiling into rolls and automatical taping the ends all within a single machine, streamlining the production line and reducing manual labor. 

This velcro automatic cutting and winding machine is capable of handling materials with a thickness ranging from 1 to 3mm and accommodating cutting lengths from 1 to 50 meters, the ES-128 offers flexibility to meet diverse manufacturing requirements

The Maximum velcro  material diameter before processing is 800mm and maximum velcro material diameter after coiling is 130mm , the maximum processing material width is 120mm ,the machine can slit big width velcro into small width velcro before coling into rolls , the mininum slitting width is 8mm .
