【Product Description】

The sillicone o ring gaskets bonding press machine is designed for  joining  fastly  the silicone extruded profiles, silicone tubes ,silicone cords ,silicone sponges into  o ring gaskets  with barely visible bonding trace . the silicone o ring gaskets bonding press machine offers the high temperature that the silicone adhesive  needs to cure . 

A precise cavity of the same size of the bonding extruded silicone will be made on a copper mold which ensures full contact of silicone with the  copper mold and consequently gurantees high heat transfer efficiency  and with high air pressure from the upper copper mold , the extruded silicone can get bonded when the silicone adhesive get cured  shortly by absorbing the high pressing heat.  that's why this machine is also called silicone gaskets joining vulcanizer, silicone gaskets seals heat press or silicone o ring welding press machine ,silicone o ring jointing machine   . the customised copper mold and cavity creation service is aviable from us.

【Customised molding service】

ESMAI offers the customised molding service which will open cavities on the copper mold for regular shapes like round ,square and recktangular shapes with our rich molding experience as long as customer can provide their size and shape . normally we would suggest to open cavity fully on the down mold for square or recktangular shape silicone gaskets . cavity size like below , cavity height will be 0.2mm less than acutual silicone gaskets height. so the silicone gaskets can go out of the down mold and ensures a good heat press bond.

For round shape  silicone gaskets , we would suggest with cavity to be the same size of silicone tube gaskets , just need customer to provide their tubing &cords OD mm will be ok . 

the cavity will be distributed half round on the down copper mold and half round on the upper mold for a good bond . 

For straight  corner silicone profiles , the mold can also be customised by make the cavity based on the

silicone profile sizes on the mold , the down mold will need to make two stand out location post for good joint

without dislocation

【Processing】

1, Prepare the machine,  connect the machine to air and electricity ,normally  set heating time of 8-10 seconds and heating temperature of 175 degrees . 

if more larger silicone , you should set longer heating time . 

Spread the mixed adhesive on a PET sheet so as to control the amount of silicone adhesive for dipping and also save adhesive costs . 

2, Preheat the silicone gaskets before dipping with silicone adhesive so as to ensure a more stable and strengthened bond . 

3, Dip both ends of silicone gaskets  with the distributed silicone adhesive on the PET Sheet . 

4,  Push the silicone gaskets into the mold cavity and press both ends of silicone gaskets contact tightly to secure a good bond . 

5, Engage the foot padel with your foot , the upper mold will come closing down and commence a closure heat pressing processing . 

6, Take out the bonded silicone o ring gaskets from the down mold when the upper mold goes up automatically .
