【Product Description】

The silicone tube cutting machine with precise length cutting ES-009  is designed  for  cutting silicone tubes, silicone cords ,silicone sponge cords , rubber tubing&cords into precise  length automatically . it is also suitable to cut corrugated pipes ,pvc &PE tubings etc.  the cutting OD  range is 0-25 mm . 

Cutting length precision

The silicone is elastic material , so when the cutting length reaches above 300mm, the cutting length difference will become obvious when we use the traditional roller tranpsort cutting machine , the length difference is caused by accumulated slippery during roller transporting due to the elastic property of silicone material  meanbwhile ,  the roller had very small contacting area with silicone material and caused  slippery   , so the silicone tube cutting machine with precise length cutting  ES-009 applies different approach to solve the cutting length difference problem by applying the double transport bands for transporting the silicone material . 

 

The main advantage of the double transport  bands design is that it secures precision transportation and  precise length cutting  backed up by  strong high power motor .

Contrary to  the traditional rolling method (positive roller to lead negative roller), 

The double  tranport bands had very large contact area with the cutting material and both rollers is positive , this performance gurantees cutting length precision.  

2, The transport bands design can reduce  the distortion of the cutting material caused by roller pressing  when transported by the  traditional rollers. meanwhile ,the distance of the two transport bands can be adjusted to  let the machine become suitable  to cut different size silicone tubes or silicone cords ,silicone sponge cords  . so the machine is also called silicone tubing cutter, silicone cords cutting machine ,silicone sponge cutter .

An extra feeder can be provided with the cutting machine to make sure a smooth cutting material transportation , fixture device can also be equiped around the knife to further ensure a vertical straight cross section cutting edge  for very large silicone cords .

【Processing】

1, Connect the machine to electricity and turn on the power switch. 

2, Adjust the distance of the transport bands  based on cutting materize size so as to fit tightly with the cutting material ,

This step is important , if the fitting is not tight , precise cutting length will be compromised . 

3, Feed in the cutting material until the cutting material pass through the knife , make sure the cutting material is in parallel with the cutting machine to

ensure a good  straight cross section cutting edge .

4, Set your desired cutting length by pressing the LEN key. 

 

5, Set the total cutting amount by pressing the TOL key . 

6 , Start mass cutting production by pressing the RUN key and the machine will do the rest , proceed to automatical cutting .
