【Product Description】

The high speed silicone rubber washer cutting machine ES-082  is made for fast cutting silicone or rubber tube cords into small length washers featuring with high output of 300-350 pcs/min  with the help of customised high power motor up to 1KW . This high speed rubber gaskets washer cutter will also be equiped with fixtures mold around the knife based on customer's tube cords OD sizes to ensure straight cutting edge of washers , above three cavities can be made on one fixtures ,so the machine can cut three tube cords at the same time which triple the production efficiency to at least 900-1050pcs/min .  

it is also widely applicable to  cut extruded  rubber tubings , EPDM , PVC ,PE  tubings , PVC heat shrink sleeves ,elastic rubber bands  etc . 

This washer gaskets cutting machine cuts silicone tubing OD ranges 0- 18mm , the cutting length ranges 1mm- 99999.99mm , the cutting speed and total cutting amount , batch amount ,batch interval time can all be set delicately based on customer requirement . 

Customer can set the desired cutting length , total cutting amount and the silicone washer fast automatic cutting machine will do the rest , proceed to automatic cutting sequence and requires no baby sitting as when cutting material runs out , the machine will trigger the alarm so workers can know and put on new cutting material .
