【Product Description】

The adhesive silicone gasket strip laminating machine is designed for laminating silicone strip and other shape silicone gaskets profiles with double side 3m tapes ,since the silicone material is inertia ,  this adhesive silicone gaskets primer coating laminating machine will brush a fast dry silcone primer on the silicone gaskets surface to treat its surface ,so after the silicone surface laminate with double side tapes, there will be a strong bond betwen silicone strip and double side tapes . 

This silicone strip with double side tape laminating machine has a primer container where the silicone primer are held ,the silicone primer is issued by air source from the primer container .the primer will reach the primer brushing device where a cotton is inserted and it is dipped with primer and brush it on the silicone surface .  there is also a valve which can adjust the flow amounts of silicone primer to control the dipping amounts of silicone primer . too much primer will render it hard to dry on silicone surface , too little primer will compromise the adhesion of silicone and double side tapes .so customer should adjust to the right dipping amount of primer .

The laminating width for the silicone extrusion material ranges 2- 25mm ,it has two working mode , manual mode with foot switch and full automation mode by turning on machine button , the manual mode is to check laminating performance if ok before mass production . the working speed is 100mm/s with adjustable laminating speed .the lamination rollers will be customised based on specifical silicone gaskets  strip width. the upper roller is protruded and down roller is grooved to fit and laminate well between silicone and 3m tapes ,  the lamination pressure is from connected air sources  , the fixtures is adjustable to different width of silicone strips . 

The best advantage of this  adhesive silicone gaskets tape lamination machine is that the machine combines primer brushing and lamination of silicone strip and double side tapes in one machine which is of high productivity and save labour costs to manually brush primer on the silicone surface then laminate by hand to join silicone strip and double side tapes .

1,Silicone primer container to hold the silicone primer , the silicone primer is loaded in the primer

container and press out the primer by connected air sources .
