The silicone tube cords accurate length cutting machine ES-080 is designed for cutting all kinds of silicone tubes ,silicone cords , silicone profiles and other extruded silicone material . the machine applies double transport band which had large contacting surface with silicone material ,it increases abrasion and avoids slipping for transporting silicone material and consequently  gurantee cutting length accuracy with small cutting length tolerance . 

The cutting edge is straight with fixtures loaded beneath the cutting knife to hold silicone material straight for smooth and straigth cutting edge . 

The silicone cords cutter machine machine cuts silicone tubing OD ranges 0- 20mm ,the double transport band distance can be adjusted to fit tightly with different size silicone tubing cords material .  the cutting length ranges 1mm- 99999.99mm , the cutting speed and total cutting amount of this silicone tube corrugated tube cutting machine ,cutting length , batch amount ,batch interval time can all be set delicately based on customer requirement .

1,Double transport band design  ,the machine applies double transport band for transporting the silicone 

tube and silicone cords length which had large contacting surface with the elastic silicone rubber tubing cords 

which avoids slipping during transporting process  and maintains cutting length precision . 

The four adjustment screws on the top can be adjusted  to increase or close the double transport

band distance to allow it to fit with different size tubing cords profiles and transport length without slipping
