The maximum laminating width is 300mm for this velcro with double side tape press on and winding machine and as it applies with double lamination roller ,it ensures good adhesion of velcro material with double side tapes . the laminating pressure is adjustable between velcro and double side tapes according to different thickness material . 

The velcro with 3m tape laminating and winding machine  laminate and wind velcro and double side tapes from roll to roll which saves labour  and machine laminating speed is adjustable according to production requirements .

1,Roll to roll , the velcro roll is placed on downside of velcro release roller and double side tape on upper release roller 

the velcro and double side tapes are joined by the double lamination roller and winded and collected into roll form 

in collection roller , it is from roll to roll and save labour to wind into roll form .

2,Air blooming winding roller , the velcro with 3m tape joining and winding machine applies with air blooming winding roller 

which the winding roller can be expanded in size to squeeze fitness with velcro paper core . the winding roller OD is 75mm 

and can be customised if necessary.

3, Speed reduce motor , the speed reduce motor of the velcro with double side tape press on and winding machine 

can ensure the winding roller release speed  matches with the winding roller collection speed to ensure t

here is not much pullling tension  of the laminating material and not too loose status .
