The Chinaplas 2019 was held in guangzhou , Pazhou exhibition in 21th , May  ,2019 , the exhibition last for 4 days and this national rubber exhibition gathered customers visitors from over 40 countries , according to the statics , the number of exhibitors reached more than 3500 , they demontrate to the world the most advanced technology and the attendants reached 180 thousands people . 

ESMAI made its first exhibiton appearance  in the Chinaplas exhibition which we win the chance to demonstrate our products to overseas clients . 

ESMAI’new products  for show in this silicone rubber exhibition are the double transport bands precise length silicone tubing & cords cutting machine which cut the silicone tubing ,silicone cords ,silicone sponges into precise length . this cutting machine can adjust the double transport bands distance to hold different size tubings . 

as it has large contacting surface with the extruded silicone , it will avoid slippery and pulling from behind and consequently gurantees cutting length precision.  

In contrast to the old traditional roller transport cutter , The double transport band silicone tubing& cords cutting machine  cuts the extruded silicone more precisely and it is universal application for high shore hardness silicone cords which spared from opening groove on the roller to allow the passing of the silicone cords from the roller. 

Another shing products which came to birth is the silicone o ring gaskets joining machine  bonding press machine for joining silicone o ring gaskets fastly. The products are eye-catching to many new customers , most of customers will drop by and consult about this product . because this bonding press machine plays an important role in making the cut- to-length extruded silicone to form a o ring . compared to the old way of making silicone gaskets by compression molding which is slow and less efficient, the silicone o ring jointing machine can bond the cut-to -length extruded silicone into o ring gaskets very fastly and of high productivity. customer can set their heating time and heating temperature , treading on the foot padel , the upper mold will come closing down . with heat and high pressing force from the uppder mold ,the silicone adhesive which is dipped on both ends of silicone will get cured instantly  and consequently form a strong bond of silicone to silicone .  the bonded silicone o ring will show no bonding trace which human eye can not detect it without detail  looking into it .
