The velcro tape cutting machine ESMAI can provide are supported by four cutting techniques , straight cut and die cut , kiss cut and roller cut .straight cut will be relatively simple ,we have different cutting width range model machine based on customer requirements .
For die cut, ESMAI engineer will customise the mold based on customer's velcro shapes and assemble on the cutting machine to die cut out the velcro shape customer need.
For kiss cut , ESMAI had been design the smaller and practical hook and loop kiss cut machine which ensures velcro cut but not the back film ,so the velcro coins will remain on the film.
For roller cut , It is a cutting method , the roller with blade on it, the roller rolls and velcros are transported and cut out during rolling of rollers which is fast productivity.
With all the cutting techniques and experienced engineers that ESMAI have , ESMAI is able to offer customers with customised velcro tape cutting solutions with other automation added on the velcro tape cutting machine if needed .customer can send their velcro shape and sizes and tell us their other requirement for cutting machines , we can add on the cutting machines other automations to further save their labours and increase productivity.
