Quality Control

SHENZHEN ESMAI TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD QC principle  is to control both ends , raw material in and finished product out .  

ESMAI make sure the raw material purchased in are ok and all problems are excluded and then it test finished cutting machine ok to make sure the potential  assembly mistake are excluded . 

Raw material & spare parts  in house control 

All the raw material , external purchased or self made spare parts  will be check by our QC staff by scientifical selective test methold . 

the test will follow a specifical standard , then they can be signed in stock room of ESMAI ' factory. 

Spare parts assortment , all batches of spare parts will be marked up on a label which  and be assorted , then put onto the general shelf . 

so factory staff can locate and trace them easily  and get them to assemble process .

Finished cutting machine test 

All the finished products will go through a standard  function test and  run a simulation production test before delivery to customers .  

Every type of cutting machine has been formulated with a test standard, the cutting machines will have to meet all the standard in the standard test lists . 

Every tested machine will refer to specifical  QC person . so if any problem can be traced back to the QC staff  and they will be hold accountable for it. the work of QC staff calls for extreme attention .
