【Product Description】

The  silicone extrusion machine is designed for extruding and making extruded silicone products like silione tubes ,silicone strips ,silicone profiles with good quality , the extrude silicone products have small size tolerance up to +-0.06mm ,the extruded silicone product is smooth surface both inside the wall or outside the wall and had no bubbles ,smooth surface . the silicone tube wall thickness reach up to 0.2mm 

The whole silicone extrusion production line involves one silicone extruder , one shape forming heating tunnel and 3- 4 sets curing heating tunnels based on customers' silicone product sizes  

The  heating tunnels raise heating temperature really fast with high efficiency heat tubes and keeps the temperature in stable which ensures the extruded silicone products are fully vulcanized .

This extrusion silicone rubber machine  applies PLC touch screen controls  and reserve some simplified physical keys which is easy to operate ,one of the main advantage is that you can store your specifical silicone product prameters in the machine , like curing tempearture ,speed ,curing time etc in one package recipe ,you can store the recipe and retrieve it and apply the previous silicone product prameters with one key pressing on the touch screen .

With IO monitoring , each  alarm code can trace to exactly to exact problem or which spare parts had failed which allows us to locate the problem exactly and offer solution accordingly .

【Product Details】

 

1, PLC Touch screen control ,the silicone extrusion machine applies PLC touch screen control and

reserve some key physical buttons ,customer can set their product prameters on the machine 

and save as one recipe and update lively the product processing matching speed .  With IO monitoring 

, Every alarm code can trace to exactly which spare parts had failed and handle it in time . 

 

Using a 100-pulse encoder knob with a servo motor can accurately adjust the servo speed in 1 turn,

and 10 turns is the full speed. It is more accurate than a potentiometer and has stronger anti-interference ability.

 

The touch screen monitors machine execution data in real time, given speed value, servo feedback speed value,

pressure value, meter number, single linkage value, current value, voltage current value and other real-time data.

 

 

2, Heating tunnel ,each tunnel furnace adopts an independent temperature controller, with a

temperature setting range of 0-400°C  and a balanced and stable temperature.

Using Taiwan Yang Ming 3P solid state relay, the empty ratio can reach 20 and the temperature control is more accurate.

 

    

3,High power servo motor, the extruder applies with high power servo motor to ensure good and

 stable performance 

Use Guomao industrial gearbox to ensure the concentricity of the screw barrel, no friction, no blackening,

and stable retreat force.

The inside of the barrel adopts spiral water cooling which ensures stable cooling and no partial heating.

The  extrusion screw, silicone material feed roller, barrel and extruder head all have water cooling circulation

The extruder head is vital for machinery and with high frequency quenching and tempering and clear electroplating surface treatment

 

4, Heating tunnnel  ,The heating tunnel temperature maintains stable, the heating tube has high heating efficiency

and fast heating speed, and the stable conveying  and heating silicone tube in the tunnel furnace ensures

that the extruded silicone tube is fully vulcanized.

The heating tunnel applies with double-cover on top which is more airtight and does not deform at high temperatures.

It is made of stainless steel 304 and is cleaner and more nice . 

5,  Guiding device , There are guiding device at the end of the tunnel to ensure

that the product does not slip on the steel belt and is stable.

The direct connection of the motors solves the unstable conveying situation compared to the

old traditional chain drive method

There are pallets and supporting wheels in the drying tunnel to ensure smooth transportation of the steel belt.

 

6,  Optional feeder device on top of  the extruder ,adopting roller type feeding,  the feeder speed are matching with

the host speed of  the extruder machine,With photoelectric switch to detect the lack of  silicone rubber material and feed in time ,
