The webbing cutting machine with hot and cold cut capability  ES-011 is designed for cutting all kinds of webbings , Nylon webbings, PP webbings, PE webbing ,etc into   precision same length featuring with automatic precision cutting with hot cut at the same time . 

The webbing cutter  can reach 350 ℃ high temperature at maximum on the knife  which gurantees high heat efficiency when the webbing material contact the knife in such short time . the webbing cutting edge will melt instantly and cool off shortly and result in  non-fraying edges . the  cutting edge will look nice after hot cutting . 

The webbing automatic cutting machine  will automatically  do the cutting for webbings ,it is easy to operate and teach staff to use it ,  customer can set the cutting length ,total cutting amount , set the heating temperature  ,start the machine , the webbing strap cutter will do the rest , proceed to automatic cutting sequence which save human labour. once running out of cutting machine , the machine will self stop cutting process which requires no baby sitting . 
The cutting speed reachs  150 times per minute for a single webbing of 50 mm unit cutting length  ,the maximum width it allow to cut is 90mm  which enable  the webbing hot cut cutting machine cut two webbings at the same time and consequently double up the productivity ,
