The rope webbing cutting machine with hot and cold cut ES-010 is heavy duty machinery  which is specially designed for cutting thick rigid narrow fabrics like webbings and all kinds of ropes featuring with high productivity and hot &cold cut capabilities  . the rope cutter power reached 0.95KW , the maximum cutting width of this rope automatic cutting machine is 160 mm , this enable the heady duty rope cutter to cut multi ropes and thick rigid webbings at the same time and consequently increase the productivities under the assistance of the separation directing fixture bars .

The knife is made of specialized structure of thick steel knife , the maximum heating temperature achieves 650 degrees.  the rope hot cutter gurantees high efficiency heat sealing of the cutting edges with such high temperature . 

 

This heavy hot&cold cut webbing&rope automatic cutting machine will self stop working when running out of cutting material which require no baby sitting
