The ultrasonic label cutter machine ES-063  is made  for cutting all kinds of labels with high speed and  ultrasonic  cut to seal off the cutting edge.  we have two speeds type of the ultrasonic label cutting machine ,  250 pcs/min  type or 500pcs/min type . The labels are cut and sealed off in extremely short time at 20KHZ ultrasonic intensity with the help of the ultrasonic device. 

The cutting edge are sealed by ultrasonics cutting knife without fraying cutting edge , the cutting edge will look natural and smooth. The ultrasonic woven label cutter make sure a complete label is cut out  with cutting length accuracy  which the ultrasonic fabric label cutting machine reaches cutting lengh accuracy of 0.1mm with the help of the color targeting electrical eye device.

The high speed ultrasonic had the waste label clearance capability , the machine will not stop working when there appears the turnaround waste labels ,instead , it will remove and cut out the waste label .

 

The machine had a feeder from behind to send in the cutting material which avoids jamming and sudden pulling during label transporting . 

meanwhile , The ultrasonic label cutter machine can self collect the cutting material which save human labour to collect them .
