The eletrical eye device can sense every single label with the location tracking capability and cut them out completely , no more and no less  .

This  woven label hot cut machine  can do hot cut  to heat seal the  fraying cutting edges for woven labels  .  The hot  cutting temperature can reach up to 450 ℃

【Electrical eye processing guide】

The user can measure the cutting length of their label  , set the measured cutting length on the cutting machine then to adjust with the electrical eye device ,the electrical eye is placed on top the machine and labels , the electrical eye light is normally set near the words area or pattern area about 1mm or 2 mm away . if the electrical eye light remains in the same spot of the labels for every length label cut , it means our electrical eye adjustment is a success.  if the electrical eye light move close to the words or pattern area to the right , it means our set cutting length is more than the actual label length , if the electrical eye light move away from the words or pattern area to the left , it means our set cutting length is smaller than the actual label length , then we should  reset the cutting length on the machine accordingly.
