The elastic webbing ultrasonic cutting machine  ES-065 offers the ultraonsic automatic cutting for narrow fabrics like elastic tapes , webbings straps with natural cutting edge .  this elastic tape automatic ultrasonic cutter is designed for customers with high requirement for narrow fabrics which targets the high end markets. 

Compared to traditional hot cutting , the elastic tape ultrasonic cutting machine  will leave no dark color on the sealed cutting edges and cutting edge is soft, the cutting edge will be the same as narrow fabrics ,the cutting edge will look natural and without hardening . 

The  cutting width range for this webbing ultrasonic cutter is between 0-80mm ,the output  is 50 pcs every minute taking  unit cutting length 50mm  as example ,

The power of this webbing ultrasonic cutting machine is 1.6KW  and this is a heav duty cutter machine , The Gross weight is 125KG.
