【Product Description】

The door gaskets joining press machine ES-068 is designed for  joining door gaskets like silicone door gaskets , rubber , EPDM door gaskets into 90 degrees  angle  for the application as door gaskets seals in the doors and windows . 

The door seals heat press machine supplies high temperature of up 400 degrees , the mold die is made of copper which will be of high heat tranfer efficiency.  the cavity in the copper mold is based on customer's door seals sizes . 

As the door gaskets and seals  comes in irregular cross section shapes ,  normally it is advisable for customer to send their door gaskets samples , we will customise the mold die based on the actual sample also the electrical drawings if possible. 

The door gaskets heat press machine  are air motivated which it will be linked to air compressor , the air force will maximize the heat efficiency together with high temperature  and allow the adhesive to cure fastly for a strong bond of  silicone or rubber door gaskets . 

In contrast to manual jointing of silicone or rubber gaskets door seals into 90 degree angle  in a fixtures , the door seals splicing machine can raise bonding efficiency and ensure high productivity for customers who have heavy production demand for door seals and gaskets .
