by the bonding machine after the extruded silicone tube are cut into desired small length by our silicone tube cutting machine which greatly increase the productivitiy for customers .
The silicone cords sponges cutter machine can cut automatically your extruded silicone into into desired small length , we have two types of cutting machines based on customers' tubing&cords OD sizes ,one of the roller type cutter for 0-10 mm , it is the roller transport type machine which will be equiped with electrical eye for precise length cutting of small size extruded silicone.
and the other type is double transport bands design which have large contact area with the extruded silicone which avoid slipper during transporting and gurantees cutting length precision , the double transport bands distance can be adjusted to fit with different silicone tubing&cords&sponge sizes . It has two model machines for 9-25 mm OD or 9-50mm OD individually .
For the silicone o ring gaskets heat press machine , the key part is the copper mold which a cavity has to be created in it , the cavity size will be the same as your extrude sillcone size and determines the heat transfer efficiency , so once heat and pressure is applied by the bonding machine , the silicone adhesive can be cured to get a strong bond of silicone to silicone and make a good bonded silicone o ring gaskets , we can design the cavity for customer for free .
