The hot knife webbing cutting machine  ES-079  is designed for both hot and cold cut  for  narrow fabrics like braided webbings, woven & knitted elastics ,zipppers ,shoelaces ,velcro tapes ,nonwoven fabrics etc . 

The knife can do both hot cutting and cold cold with a temperature switch off and on , the maximum knife temperature of  this webbing tape cutting machine can reach up to 450 ℃ featuring with fast temperature rise in a few minutes , the heat is generated by a high quality heat tube inserted into the the knife . the cutting webbing will be sealed off the fraying ends instantly and result in smooth nice cutting edge .  

The cutting length will be precise with good quality rubber roller and high power motor , the cutting width for this nylon webbing cutting machine is 125mm , machine power 0.44KW

Moreover , This hot knife webbing cutter will also self terminate its work when finish cutting the material , the  press bar which holds cutting material will fallen into the machine when cutting material runs out and signal to the machine to stop working  and trigger the alarm for worker to put on new tape rolls . 

This is also called webbing cold cutting machine , when the temperature switch turned off , this machine can also be applied for cutting velcro tapes ,leathers etc which require no hot cutting .
