【Product Description】

The Hook and Loop velcro cable ties fast die cut machine is designed for punching cut irregular shapes velcro out from the velcro material especially the adhesive velcro tapes featuring with automatic feeding machine from behind .  

The adhesive velcro rolls usually stick to each other ,it is hard to pull them out for cutting process, so a back up feeder machine is a must to roll out the adhesive velcro first with strong power motor.  the feeder machine had adopted with a sensor device from the front , it will sense any tension of velcro during transport cutting process and signal the feeder machine to release more cutting material from velcro rolls  and consequently gurantees cutting length precision . 

Punching mold can be customised from this adhesive velcro cutting machine  based on customer's electrical drawings and size data ,every punched velcro will be in same shape from the mold .

The maximum cutting width of this cat head velcro punch cutter machine is 200mm 

A high power motor is the foundation for the stable and fast working performance of the punching mold ,  the needle head velcro punch cutting machine features with high productivity of 560 pieces or 260 pieces per minute based on if it is two issues of velcro  or one issue of velcro from one punch of the mold .
