The foam tube cords cutting machine ES-105 is designed for automatically cutting foam tube cords with smooth and straight cutting edge . 

The foam tube cords cutter machine  applies with big double transport belt bands which the double transport bands distance can be adjusted to fit and hold different diameter size tube and cords . the big  double transport bands can transport many foam tube cords at the same time to increase cutting efficiency .  the double transport bands had large contact surface with foam tube cords which increase abrasion and avoids slipping during transporting and consequently maintains cutting length precision .  

This foam extrusion cutting machine had also equipped with horizontal rotation moving knife which trims the foam cutting edges to smoothness and straightness .  

The foam cords cutting machine will be easy to operate with simplified control boards ,we can also customise to put on separation knife on top to cut open the foam tube cords in the middle based on customer's requirements .
