The adhesive velcro dots kiss cut cutter machine  is designed for kiss cutting velcro dots &coins from self adhesive velcro tapes . the kiss cut velcro stays on the release paper and get collected into roll form which is in good order and is convenient for end use and direct for packing up . 

The cutting depth precision of this velcro tape kiss cut machine reaches up to 0.001mm  which allow the machine to cut off the velcro but without cutting through the release paper ,it cuts right to the surface of release paper which is good for peeling kiss cut velcro velcro dots from release paper . 

Separation of waste velcro and kiss cut needed velcro will be easy as the self adhesive velcro kiss die cut machine applies with big curve roller which supports the release paper steady for peeling , the peeling angle is set at 180 degrees which also faciliate the peeling , there is also a metal block which press down the kiss cut velcro and avoids it from sticking and going with waste velcro into roller form as after kiss cutting , there is still adhesive between the waste velcro and needed velcro , they are easy to stick to each other during separation. a small pressing roller is placed under big curve roller , the purpose of it is to pull down tightly the release paper for easy separation of waste velcro and needed velcro.
