The Velcro webbing roll separating coiling machine  ES-125  is designed for automatically separating and coiing velcro rolls,webbing rolls or other material rolls into small rolls in one machine . 

This velcro roll separation winding machine  can count how many meters of material to be coiled up into rolls , after coiling up into rolls,the scissor will cut off the length and the coiled rolls will be taped the end into a fixed rolls . 

The machine power is 2KW , this velcro webbing roll separation winding machine applies simplified PLC touch screens which is easy to operate the machine , the coiling speed  is 5-8 rolls per minute based on 3 meter per roll . the processing material thickness ranges 1-3mm,  it also can be customised ,the cutting length ranges 1-50 meters .

【Product detail 】

 

1,  Roll material holder , the material is held on the roll material holder  for good processing . 

they do not swing around as they are fixed but allow a little space for smooth feeding material . 

 

2,Fixures ,  the material will be transported in one straight line by the fixtures , the roller will 

press down and avoids cockying of the material during transportation of material to ensure 

good quality of coiled up rolls by the webbing roll dividing coiling machine

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

3, Cuttter scissors  ,the mechanical clip will draw the material to the coiling device and after coiling up

into fixed length , the scissor will  cut off the material and the tail of material will be taped up on the coiled rolls 

 

 

4, Coiling up devices  , the coiling board will press down and the other holder protrudes out and 

coil velcros or the other material into roll forms and automatically tape the tails .
