When the sensor detects tension, it will stop coiling. The second function is to automatically uncoil silicone tubes for feeding into other machines for processing, such as feeding to silicone cutting machines for cutting the material  etc. It feeds material when a slight tension is detected and will automatically feed the material, ensuring a smooth material feeding process. 

This silicone extruded gaskets tube coiling machine  operation is primarily button-based, making it very simple and convenient to use. The coiling and uncoiling functions is one key switch. This silicone extruded gaskets tube coiling machine  uses a high-power variable frequency motor, with a maximum load capacity of 120KG, and has a quick coiling and uncoiling speed, which can be adjusted according to production needs.
