【Product Description】

The Velcro roll cutting and coiling taping ends machine  machine  ES-127 is designed specially for automatic cutting velcros into length , coiling into rolls and taping the ends to a fixed rolls . 

This self adhesive velcro cutting winding machine is widely applicable to process self adhesive velcro , hook and loop velcros and normal velcros etc. 

The cutting length ranges 1to 50meters  ,the processing material thickness ranges 1-3mm,   the maximum processing material width is 40mm , the maximum material roll diameter before processing is 500mm and the maximum diameter velcro roll after processing is 200mm .

The output is 1-9rolls /min based on the length of coiling rolls , this velcro roll cutting and coiling taping ends machine is also able to count how many meters of velcros had been processed and display on the touch screen for recording purpose .
