The silicone tube gaskets precision cutting machine ES-058 is designed  for automatic cutting silicone tube gaskets profiles into precise length by applying double transport belt bands with driving force from both upper and down belt bands and self feeding device to feed silicone material from behind for precision length cutting performances. 

For the double transport belt bands , they can adjust their belt band distance to hold different size silicone gaskets tubings for transporting , the big belt bands had strong abrasion resistance against silicone material to avoid slipping which will cause length shortages .there is also a pressure value recorder equipped on top of the belt bands to show the exact pressure value of double transport belt bands with silicone material . too much pressure , the actual cutting length will increase , too little pressure , it will cause length shortages .

The silicone tube automatic cutting machine is also equipped with feeding device with sensors , when the silicone material reached certain height , the feeding speedwill increase and the silicone material will drop down to lower position , the feeding speed then reduce accordingly ,it will ensure the smooth feeding process the whole time . 

The cutting length ranges 1mm-99999mm , the  silicone tube cutting OD is 1-25mm , the cutting length precision reaches _+3mm based on 1 meter cut length . This silicone profile gaskets accurate length cutting machine  productivity  reaches 4800pcs/hour on average(based on 300mm cut length)

the double transport belt bands distance can be adjusted to hold different size tubings . there is also a pressure value recorder on top

to record double transport belt band contacting pressure with silicone material , too much pressure , the silicone material gets to longer cut length 

too little pressure , the silicone material gets to shorter cut length , we can adjust the top screw to adjust double transport belt pressure 

based on pressure value on the pressure value recorder . 

 

2,Cutting knife and fixtures blocks , the knife cutting structure is stable and cut fastly , there is 

fixture blocks beneath the knife that can hold silicone material steadily for straight cutting edge purpose

                  

3, Prefeeding device &sensors ,to avoid pulling in the transporting silicone material process ,the 

silicone material will have to be prefeed first , this silicone profile gaskets accurate length cutting machine

applies the prefeeding device , the sensor can sense material near it ,it will order the feeding roller to 

reduce feeding speed , when the silicone gaskets material reachs to heights ,  the sensor will order the feeding 

roller to increase feeding speed and the silicone material will consequently drop down to lower position . it 

gurantees smooth feeding process .
