The silicone tube roll winding and ranking machine ES-054 is designed for automatic winding and ranking silicone or rubber tubes  into roll form and in good order .this silicone tube roll coiling and ranking machine also applies with prefeeding devices which can feed silicone rubber tubes automatically for winding process .the ranking  device can go left and right to rank silicone tubes on the same horizon which allows the silicone rubber tubes are winded in good order.

This silicone tube roll winding machine applies with PLC touch screen which will be easy to operate the machine , the winding length ranges 1- 50 meters based on the size silicone rubber tubes . the winding silicone tube OD ranges 1-20mm , the maximum tube winding roll OD is 500mm , the ranking width is 150mm at maximum ,the ranking width can be adjustable . 

This silicone tube roll winding and ranking machine can also weigh the silicone tubes rolls after winding to know the weight and also it can count meters to record how many length silicone tubes had been coiled . the machine achieves productivity of 15-20Rolls/Hour  based on 50meters per roll which is high productivity and labour saving to wind it manually .

can set the winding length , winding speed and other prameters on the machine . 

 

2,Prefeeding material, the prefeeding system applies with feeding rollers and fixtures ,it will receive signal from the 

sensors , once it receive signal from the sensors ,it will start to feed silicone tube material to winding system for good 

winding purpose which avoids pulling and tension in the winding process . 

                

3, Sensors , the silicone rubber tubes will pass through the sensors , when the silicone rubber tubes drops down 

to touch the sensors , the prefeeding system will work and feed silicone rubber tubbes automatically . it avoids 

pulling and tension which ensures the winding length had small length tolerance .
