【Product Description】

The velcro cutting and stacking machine  ES-091 is designed for automatic cutting velcro to length and stack the cut to length velcro in good order , the maximum cutting width is 200mm and two pcs of velcro can be cut and stack at once which is high productivity  , the stacked velcro is in good order and can be easily taken out from the stacking device .  The machine combines auto Feeding velcro+ Cutting velcro to length + Auto stacking cut velcro in good order  in one machine

The maximum stacking length is 400mm and can be customised , the stacking height is 230mm and can be customised , two pcs of 90mm width at maximum can be cut and stacked together . the holder boards can hold velcro roll diameter up to 500mm , the velcro ID is 25mm and can be customised based on customer requirements .  the machine power is 1000W ,the cutting motor applies servo motor and the feeding machine applies close loop stepping motor

This magic tape cutting and stacking machine had been equipped with a feeder machine from behind to feed material automatically by applying a feeding sensor to sensor pulling of velcro and feed material in time , the feeding speed can be set freely and machine cutting speed can also be set based on production requirements .

1,Stacking device , this stacking device is air motivated to  collect and stack cut to length velcro in good order 

 , the maximum stacking length is 400mm and can be customised  and the stacking height is 230mm . 

 

 

2,Touch screen, the touch screen of this hook and loop  velcro cutting and stacking machine will be easy to operate ,custom can set 

the cutting length ,total cutting quantity and cutting speed freely on the machine . 

                

3, Feeding device , this hook and loop velcro cutting and piling machine had been equiped with a feeding device to feed velcro

material automatically , the feeding sensor will be lifted when velcro material are pulled front and signal to the feeding machine to 

feeding velcro material automatically . 

The pressing clip press velcro beneath it , when the velcro material runs out  ,the pressing clip fall down into the machine and raise alarm to remind

workers to load on new material  and the machine will stop working .  

 

4,Holder boards  ,the holder boards is 500mm diameter ,it can hold velcro roll up to 500mm diameter and two velcro roll can be
