【Product Description】

The velcro tape cutting machine of round cutting edge  ES-013 is made  for cutting hook and loop velcro fastner tapes of  both straight edge cutting and round edge cutting  for velcro tapes ,hook and loops including half  round and half straight shapes  , both side half round shapes , full round shape , four corner round shape  into precise lengths and shape featuring with automatic cutting ,labour saving and productive result with cutting speed reaching 150 times per minute.

The flat knife and round knife can be switched to enable  this hook and loop cutting machine to cut both round edges and straight edges ,we can customise the knife mold to cut customer velcro tapes of different diameters and shapes ,customer also can choose below double die to allow two pieces of velcro to be processed at the same time . 

 

Customer can send their drawings and size data ,we will follow and customised the knife molds for them ,normally it take 2-3 days to finish making the mold . we also have some stock for regular molds ,if customer order is urgent , we can directly send the machine on the exact day when  customer place the order .  

This hook and loop fastener cutter cut the magical tapes fully automaticallly , cutting length ,total cutting amount can be set on the machine , it will increase productivitiy for customers who manufacture velcro tapes all of cutting shape and edges .  what's more , the machine will stop working on itself when cutting material runs out which made it requires no baby sitting and labour free .
