The roll to sheet cutting machine of high quality  ES-051 is made for the automatic cutting all kinds of  rolll materials  into precise sheets and small pieces  like Plastic film rolls , PVC film rolls , PE film rolls , EVA rolls ,paper rolls &reels  , Leather rolls ,fabric rolls , nonwoven fabric rolls , ,thin metallic aluminium foil rolls and other roll materials  etc .

the roll to sheet cutter  features with a set of separating  knives which  is equiped  in the middle of the machine , They are able to cut separately the sheet material and cut off the roll materiall into sheet by the general knife . the general  knife material is made of high quality SKD11 high speed knife in special mechanical structure, The cutting edges will not leave any fraying remains . 

The cutting width ranges  between 1-1220mm ,we had different model of automatic roll to sheet cutting machine based on the maximum cutting width . customer can choose their reel to sheet cutting machine based on their maximum width cutting material . 

The reel to sheet cutter  are equiped with a feeder , a stand shelf , a cutting material receiver , they are package cutting solution to improve the production efficiency of customers' roll to sheet cutting process . The Cutting length precision is within 0.1mm .
