The paper roll to sheet cutting machine with photo cell  ES-C200  is  made for cutting all kinds of roll material   into sheet such as paper rolls , plastic rolls ,fabric rolls  bearing with words or patterns with precision . 

The paper roll to sheet precision cutter machine will cut paper rolls which prints with pattern or words precisely as it had been equiped with a photocell device  on top of the machine . 

The photocell will mark the words or pattern about 2 mm precision , the paper roll to sheet precision cutting machine will only cut where the photocell had its mark so as to make sure the words or picture bearing on the paper are preserved and intact.
