The tubular webbing hot cutter machien ES-108 is designed for hot cutting tubular webbing and make sure the tubular webbing walls do not stick to each other after hot cutting  by applying hot steel wire as knife to heat seal the tubular webbings . 

One important function of this tubuar webbing heat cut machine is that it can set knife cutting speed in two phase , knife cutting speed when it goes down to the tubular webbing and cutting speed for hot cutting after the knife contacting the tubular webbing material , usually we set knife cutting speed for phase 1 a little fast , knife cutting speed for phase 2 a littler more slowerly for knife to drop morely to heat sealing tubular webbing cutting edge well and nicely , more thicker and more tough tubular webbing requires knife dropping speed more slowly and all this can be set on this tube webbing cutting machine .

The tube webbing cutting machine  applies  touch screen control which is easy to operate and cutting width of the machine ranges 1-160mm , machine power is 1KW, the knife hot cutting temperature  can set from 0-650 degrees for good heat sealing based on different thickness tubular webbing material .
